The Governor is the Chief Executive Officer and is charged with the day to day management,  administration, direction and control of the business of the Bank with authority to act in all  matters which are not specifically reserved for the Board.

The Governor is supported by the Deputy Governor, Research & Policy and the Deputy Governor, Operations and the Inspector of Financial Institutions.  The Governor, the Deputy Governors, the Inspector and six (6) Senior Managers form part of the Bank’s Senior Management team.  The Senior Management of the Bank is responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of management policies and decisions of the Bank.  These include strategic and operational planning, budgeting, information technology, corporate services and physical infrastructure. 

Senior Management is supported by a number of middle and assistant managers.
