
Serial Publications
Over the last few years, a number of changes have been introduced in respect of the content and format of the serial publications produced by the Research Department of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago.
The following serial publications are now available electronically and can be accessed and downloaded free of charge.
Annual Report
The Annual Report of the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago reviews the Bank’s operations during the preceding financial year. The Report also includes an auditor-certified copy of the annual audited statement of accounts. View Online Issues »
Annual Economic Survey
The Central Bank's Annual Economic Survey (AES) is published in March of each year and reviews the economic developments which occurred during the previous year in various sectors of the Trinidad and Tobago economy. View Online Issues »
Balance of Payments Report
The Balance of Payments Report (BOP) is published annually and prepared by the Central Bank in close collaboration with the Central Statistical Office. The Report contains an overview of the economic developments and an analysis of the trade and payments transactions between Trinidad and Tobago and the rest of the world. View Online Issues »
Economic Bulletin
The Economic Bulletin (EB), which is published 2 times a year, in July and January, reviews the condition of the Trinidad and Tobago economy. The EB analyzes changes in economic growth, monetary aggregates, the fiscal operations of the central government and the external accounts of the Trinidad and Tobago economy. View Online Issues »
Financial Stability Report
This is the first Financial Stability Report (FSR) to be published and made available to the general public. The intention is to produce an annual FSR in March of each year. View Online Issues »
Summary Economic Indicators Bulletin
The Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago is pleased to introduce its new "Summary Economic Indicators Bulletin (SEIB)", which will be published on a quarterly basis. The publication of the March and September issues of this will coincide with the release of the Bank's Monetary Policy Reports. View Online Issues »
Statistical Digest
The Statistical Digest (SD) presents semi-annual statistics on the financial system. Reported statistics include data on the banking system, Central Bank and commercial banks assets and liabilities, interest rates and capital market indicators, and retail and commodity prices. The SD is not distributed on its own to foreign subscribers but rather is included in a package of serial publications which also includes the AES, EB and MPR. View Online Issues »
Monthly Statistical Digest
The Monthly Statistical Digest (MSD) presents monthly statistics on the financial system. Reported statistics include the Central Bank’s and commercial banks’ assets and liabilities, interest rates and capital market indicators and retail and commodity prices. View Online Issues »
Monetary Policy Report
The Monetary Policy Report (MPR) is published twice per year and provides an explanation of the monetary policy measures pursued by the Central Bank. The Report also analyzes the impact of these measures on the domestic economy. View Online Issues »
Public Education Pamphlet Series
The public education series is published on a quarterly basis and provides information on topics and policies that are relevant to the management of the economy of Trinidad and Tobago. The series was developed as part of the Bank’s public outreach agenda and was launched in November 2005. It is a good source of information for students at the secondary and tertiary levels, professionals and other members of the public who are interested in increasing their knowledge of economics and business. Annual Report on Insurance and Pensions
