In a recent Interview with the Climate Team at the International Peace Institute Global Observatory, Professor Avinash Persaud explores the role of Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) in climate finance and how, with shareholder support, they can help break the New Collective Quantified Goal’s (NCQG’s) deadlock and deliver climate finance at scale.
