Special Notice

1. NDA requests and eboxTENDERS Registration must be completed by 3:00pm (GMT-4) on Friday, August 29, 2025.

2. Executed NDAs must be received by the Bank by 3:00 p.m. (GMT-4) on Friday, September 5, 2025.

Note: Vendors will be required to qualify with the Bank during the Tender Process.

Only Vendors who have met both requirements by the stated deadlines will be granted access to the RFP.

Late submissions will NOT be considered under any circumstances. The Bank does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid. The Bank reserves the right to cancel this RFP at any time in its entirety or even partially, without defraying any costs by any company in response to this Tender.
