Instructions for the submission of supporting documents
- If attaching more than one document, you are required to zip the files and email them to [email protected] for payment related entities, including Payment Service Provider(PSPs) applications or [email protected] for non PSPs (general Fintechs), using WinZip, WinRAR or 7 ZIP. These applications can be sourced via the following links:

- All emails with attachments should not exceed 25 MB.
- The agreed file types for email attachments are PDF and Microsoft products. All emails should contain PDFs, or Microsoft word and Excel files. Image files are usually larger and therefore can increase the size of the email attachments.
